Butchers in Nalta, Peru

In the Peruvian Amazon, we stopped at the market in Nauta, an amazonian jungle town of about 18,000 people, and one road out of town, that only leads to Iquitos.  The only recognizable bits of meat at the butchers table was bull or cow ears and turtles.
